These terms govern your use of straighttalkhealth.com and the books we sell. By using the site or buying a book, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Straight Talk Press ("we," "us") is an independent digital publisher. Contact: hello@straighttalkhealth.com.

2. What you're buying

Our books are digital products (PDF). When you complete a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the book, read it, and print one copy for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, repost, or modify the book.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Delivery

Books are delivered immediately after a successful payment by email and on the thank-you page. If you don't see your delivery email within 10 minutes, check spam, then email hello@straighttalkhealth.com.

5. Refund policy

Because our books are digital, the refund returns your money but you do not need to "return" the file.

6. Disclaimers — please read carefully

Our books are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not, and are not intended to be, a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with questions about a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in our books.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, (b) interfere with the operation of the site, (c) use the site to send spam or malware, (d) scrape or copy the site content in bulk for redistribution.

8. Intellectual property

All content on straighttalkhealth.com and inside our books — including text, design, logos, and trademarks — is owned by Straight Talk Press or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission, except as permitted by these terms (your personal-use license to the book you bought) or by law (fair use, brief quotations in reviews, etc.).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Straight Talk Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our books or the site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Straight Talk Press against claims arising from your misuse of our books or violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by consumer protection law in your country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
